30-Day Relief Guarantee
If TheraNeck does not fit into a customer's routine, they may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions described here.
Return requests must follow the process described below to be eligible for review.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, the item should be returned in acceptable condition with original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase and the order email address may be required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process
Customers should email support@theraneck.co to start a return. Once the return is approved and received, the refund should be issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing windows.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items that are damaged through misuse, missing key components, or returned outside the stated window may not qualify for a refund.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.
